First & foremost I like to experiment!

     My name is Scott Parker, I hail from the Land of Enchantment, formerly a desert rat born and raised in Santa Fe, NM. These days I call the Land of Ports aka Portland, OR “Home”; here I work as a materials technician for a local specialty hospital. In my downtime I play music, write fiction, poetry, shoot photography and paint on canvas not houses. My poems have appeared in Dream Fantasy International, Nomad’s Choir and are forthcoming from Brutarian and Black Gate.   
     Utilizing both digital as well as the tried and true 35mm, I’ve been an avid photographer for more than fifteen years, shooting over seas in addition to 35 of the 50 states. One of my favorite things in this life is traveling, picking up a fresh apple and going for an amble.
     My record label is called A Monkey's Tea Party ©1994 while my manifesto would undoubtedly read, “I want it to sound fairly raw, organic... like it has been banged out of me! Opposed to being another flawed commodity”.
