I'm Toni Michelle.
A licensed cosmetologist, body painter and a makeup artiest. I work at Capelli's-I in Chico Ca. I specialize in modern as well as classic looks, cuts, color and original, formal or classical wedding styles. Makeovers of any kind are one of my favorite things to do. I'm also competent with hair removal beatification (waxing) .
There is little I don't do and LOVE the opportunity to create. I'm very interested in forming new client relation ships as well as more commercial connections.
I work with only the highest quality face/body paints.
my primary make up is airbrush (TEMPTU) I only use top self cosmetic grade body paints,
This means
1, wont trash your skin
2, a even complete and youthful glow.
3, Body paint/ face paint was off yet stay put with a powdery non-greasy finish
With a soft gentle hand, I can not only make any look pop.
