Also friend requests and page likes are welcome on Facebook and it's a great way to follow the excerpts from the books as I shoot them. I'd recommend at least a like on the project page. I'm going to be blogging a 5 year photographic project involving models on here and elsewhere.
I'm also sending out friend requests on MM. If I sent you one it means I read your profile, looked at your photos, considered the areas you would like to model and decided to add. It is possible to send out targeted casting calls just to people on my friends list and that is what I have in mind doing. If I send a friend invite by all means write me you don't have to wait for the casting calls. It's all good and visit me on FB!
If you are in Colorado I am planning a trip out your way so I'm sending friend requests in order to do a targeted casting call in your state.
I do TFP sometimes but by and large I pay for your services. How much I pay depends on what you are interested in and what you are comfortable with. I shoot nudes and I may bring it up but I don't pressure people. If you don't want to do nude that is perfectly fine with me you can still work with me and it won't hurt your chances a bit. You can also do implied and concealed nudes both of which don't show the key areas. With implied I mean you look like you are nude but aren't actually and by concealed I mean you are nude but everything is posed in such a way that you can see any more than with implied.
I pay by the hour. If I use you in a book there might be a royalty share on Amazon.com where the books are sold. To get in a book you must be comfortable with lingerie/boudoir work at a minimum. I don't do work I consider in poor taste nor do I want to be associated with that sort of thing. My product is aimed at upscale consumers. I admit some of it is erotic but it's done with art in mind and erotic is in the eye of the beholder for the most part anyway.
I'm using "real people". If you have supermodel looks that won't hurt you but if you don't that won't either. People buy my work because of the look I impart on it. Don't expect a big wardrobe headache. I'm an Art shooter and one of the qualities I look for is genuine. I like shooting folks as they actually are so I tend to use your wardrobe. If this is a problem as it is for some there are other paying gigs on here. My way works better for most models as they know what they are wearing in advance even on the first shoot.
With that being said if we work together more than once I may buy you clothes and such but I have to have an idea of what you are comfortable with first. I don't want to buy something only to learn you would be embarrassed to be seen in it
I'd also like to note that sometimes models lives get busy. If we were corresponding and you dropped out of the conversation for some reason don't be afraid to write again. It's totally cool I know how life is and I'd rather hear from you again than not.
My goal in life is to be a cool guy who treats people well just in general and that applies to both women and models. In terms of my attitude towards women I'm basically in love with them lol. It's not about sex and I'm not one of those dudes that uses a girl then moves on. Rather I like to work with the same models so we can build up some trust and be friends. I'm not going to be impatient with you, demand you do this or that, or in general be unpleasant. I ask you questions, consider your ideas and input, and then we discuss as needed. That's sort of my modus operandi.
Another thing worth noting imho is that I actually care a great deal what women think of my work. In fact on the Facebook Page I have for the big model project my readers are 80% women. I do genuinely care and thus if something looks a little too erotic or something I generally deep six it. I also don't post many nudes anywhere on the internet actually. I don't have a problem if you use one of mine you earned through TFP of course just as a general policy I don't a lot myself.
Where I can I make privacy an actual like company policy and that applies to personal information and all aspects of working together.
