The images I create come mostly from my imagination. I feed my thoughts continuously with the reality that surrounds me and then I modify these images and make them my own. My dreams are a vital source of inspiration which I express and analyze throughout the creative process.

I believe that paintings should tell stories; the messages and symbols contained must flow through the narrative structure of the work, leading to a variety of interpretations. It doesn’t matter how these messages and symbols are perceived as long as emotions are stirred.

My paintings do not capture a particular moment in time, but instead show feelings I have had throughout my life. The human body is like a blank canvas in which these feelings can be expressed. I use color as a means of showing emotions because I believe that to every color there is a corresponding emotion which vibrates at the same wavelength. Our bodies are reflections of the souls within: they are the bearers of different feelings and thoughts. For me, the nude is the most perfect physical demonstration of divine conscience, therefore, I conceive my creations as beings filled with meaning and eroticism.

I usually work with live models and occasionally from photographs taken during the modeling session. I would like to contact models and photographers interested in working for fine arts, as well as showing my work to people working in the industry.

I work and live in Mexico City and Queretaro. I also travel frequently to The United States and Canada and have shown my work in New York City as well as in most Capital cities in Mexico.
