Hello folks,

My name is Alan - I'm pretty easy to get along with, honest & literate.

I have just arrived in Perth and looking for some talented people to work with. I will have permanent studio space (well, a big shed..) by February 2012.

I do not charge for my work & rarely work under anything but TF arrangements except covering legitimate expenses like travel. I am in a position to provide monetary compensation for a models time, but in these instances 100% of my time will go towards realization of whatever the desired outcome of the project is.

My focus is on producing a body of work with at least some artistic merit rather than any perceived commercial value. I will settle for a technically sound image depicting a models natural beauty.

I'm always inspired by the opportunity to make an image that is interesting, as original as possible & tells a story. My favourite genre's of expression are sci fi, horror & satire.

A lot of my work tends to be "clothing challenged" mainly because I don't feel the urge to create work that is seasonal, transient or advertising someone else's product, but rather images that will stand up by themselves no matter which lustrum they are presented in. Don't be put off working with me if you aren't comfortable in your own skin - just be prepared to work on stuff that isn't de rigueur, cliche'd  or "in fashion"


I'm ardent about responding to PM's & discussing inspired ideas so don't hesitate to PM if you have something special in mind..
