Having again entered a new decade, despite every protest imaginable, I recently decided to come clean about my age!!

Passionate about life, I am looking for other ways to express my desire to serve others and remain professional in all aspects of what I do.

Striving for growth, new goals are to be met and reset towards excellence & success, where opportunity meets preparedness!

To counsel others for fitness and health can be personally satisfying, but to model it shows vision in the dream, without which "man shall perish"!

Hopefully, someone will gain belief and inspiration to move forward to a blessed body and mind! My purpose is to be accountable in form, seek guidance from those more beautiful and be recognized if worthy.
