*What would you like to shoot. (fashion, swim, lingerie?)
*Where would you like to shoot. (location, studio? City?)
*Date/Time/Hours
*Compensation/Rate
*Where/How the images will be used.
*Will I get a CD/Prints from the shoot?
*Is Makeup/Wardrobe provided?

Without the above information I cannot accurately gauge my interest and/or rates for a project. This will save us the time emailing back and forth.
