Hi Tamee to get the glow on the skin i use highlighters, if u want the whole skin to be shinny mix a liquid highlight (i use armani fluid sheer 2 or 3) into ur foundation. If u just want it on cheeks, nose & forehead u can put the fluid sheer under ur foundation in those areas. If ur using a heavy coverage i would use a nars multi stick over ur foundation, put it on with a brush just where u want it. Hope this helps.
