Seamstress For The Band

I AM:
-a designer.
-a stylist.
-a general lover of fashion.

In fact, I think I fall a little bit more in love with fashion everyday.  I draw inspiration for my designs and styling from anything and everything-- literally.  My two favorite projects were inspired by a demolished high school and a condemned house.  Every collection that I design and every shoot that I style tells some sort of story, whether it be centered around an overall concept or a particular character that the model portrays.  I believe fashion to be an art form and a means of self expression, meaning that I am not looking to just dress people up to have their photos taken.  I am looking to portray specific vision and work with models and photographers who have the ability to convey real emotions and real personality.  True beauty isn't just a pretty face.

I am based in Orange County, CA and spend a lot of time in Los Angeles.  I am looking for models/photographers who want to collaborate to create edgy, ground-breaking, fashion-forward projects in order to further our careers within the industry.  My design and styling muse is rock and roll with a vintage twist, and I am looking to use this muse to launch a business within the next year.

I have designed formal and casual wear for both men and women.  I have a degree in Fashion Design from CSU Long Beach, have done independent styling for actors and musicians, and have been styling for a very fashion-forward clothing label for a little over a year.
