My Name is Melissa Thompson a.k.a "Devilsapple". I am a Makeup artist, Photographer, Painter, Jewelry Designer, Wardrobe Stylist, and general Creative Maniac!!



  I can do all types of makeup from glamor to special effects. I do a bit of hair as well (no dying or cutting) including using synthetic hair. I am able to make synthetic dread locks,but due to the labor involved I need advance notice and they aren't cheap.

I do all this because I LOVE it. I have absolutely no professional training whatsoever and I am proud of that fact. What I can bring to the table, is a professional, fun loving attitude and more ideas than you can shake a stick at! I get along well with just about anyone and I know how to work under another artist and follow their vision. I have excellent visualization skills and can get on board with your ideas with no problem......My number one compliment I receive from models and photographers is that I can make nothing, into something GREAT often times on a shoestring budget...


I am ALWAYS interested in working with new people! Just let me know what you have in mind and we can go from there, I keep my rates VERY reasonable by using drugstore products, I have come up with lots of little secrets to make the colors as vibrant as possible.

RATES:
$20 per person per look
$30 per person per look for weddings
$70 for special FX and or full body

I am willing to do trade work as well, but I must be highly selective as I do need to be paid in order to keep my kit replenished.


STYLING:
Give me a good idea of what you are looking for, and a cash budget, and I will produce the perfect outfit for your shoot. I can work on a VERY tight budget and can provide references so that you know I can be trusted. The only payment I ask, is credits and if the model does not want the clothing after the shoot, that it be returned to me.
