I like this quote.
Honestly, you take pictures with your hands, eyes and mind. But the magic of a picture has its origin in the particapation of the heart. It's the same when you look at a picture, you don't just look at it with your eyes. Kind of like poetry :-)...

... and just like a poem, a picture does not show the whole, unaltered truth. It takes a certain point of view or concentrates itself on a certain fact... and describes that what is seen or what is wanted to be seen... and densifies everything into a whole new creation, that does in the end have a core of truth.

I'm a passionate photographer. I love it when I'm able to show the beauty, strength or intensity of a moment or person...

I grew up in Canada, near Toronto, in a little village named Hillsburgh and have been living in Germany for the last 14 years.
Currently I'm living with my wife between Freiburg and Strasbourg.
