The March 10th meeting will have a lighting workshop for photographers and a modeling demonstration for models, with hints and tricks for posing.
I am pleased to announce the Dan Doyle, the lighting expert and the producer of a set of wonderful webinars has greed to present to us a mini workshop on lighting for head shots and beauty shots. We will also have on hand Amera Faraj who will be giving modeling hints.
The meeting will take place at Bruckner Grill at 1 Bruckner Blvd., Bronx NY 10454.

We will set up a complete studio in the meeting hall and we will all partake in the shoot.
We will also have available, wonderful food and drinks at the location. This time it is suggested that everyone orders food and drinks at the beginning of the meeting so that full attention can be given to the workshop.

We would like to invite you to a meet up of Bronx and Westchester Photographers and models.
Photographers and models are invited to a super evening. The date is February 10th at 7:00 PM. The meet up will take place at the Bruckner Grill (brucknerbar.com) which is one of the finest restaurants in the Bronx. The address is 2402 Third Ave. 718-665-2001. It is readily accessible by subway with a short walk and also plenty of parking in the evening.

Our desire at this initial meet up is to come up with a program for the future of scheduled meet ups for networking as well as improving our skills. We have contacted various industry representatives and they will support us. Our thoughts are to have workshops with actual demonstrations and also shoots for applying what we have learned.

NYC Fashion week is February 13-20. Let's be in touch for at least a couple of reasons:
1. I get last minute requests to book runway models because a model has backed out.
2. Models often never get pictures of themselves from fashion week shows. I'll be bringing my camera out and would be happy to shoot you -- but I would need to know the details of the show.
3. I'm producing a Mercedes Benz NYC Fashion Week opening night runway show and after-party on Friday, February 13. TFCD.
