My name is Natalie, I'm an experienced make-up artist, and hair stylist, although I can only perform basic styles including straightening, blow-straightening, wand curls, heat roller curls and back-combing. I am currently saving up for a hair course though.
I'm looking to work with all kinds of photographers, designers and models.
I'm creative, hard working, reliable and easily inspired.
The shoots I am mainly interested in are Goth, 80's, Punk, Retro, Unusual, Fantasy, Character, Cultural and Creative, although, at the moment I would like to do more creative work, so if you have any ideas get in touch!
I just want to state that I do NOT collaberate on location shoots in winter unless I am being paid!
I have my own Airbrush System and can airbrush nails, makeup and fabrics.
I have an NVQ in Level 3 Nail Services including photographic makeup and nails, I can design and create nail art and can also apply false eyelashes.
I have recently started to design Nails for some of my shoots, photos of my nails can be found in my portfolio.
I have also started making my own fascinators and hats, pictures of the hats will be up very soon.
I have also currently started hosting makeup party sessions which I will give everyone in the party a consultation and a makeup session. Good for girly nights out. The cost per person is £16 (groups of 3 or under), £12 per person (groups of 4+).
For Photo Shoots, Location and Fashion Shows I charge:
£30-£35 for Glamour/Fashion/Evening/Natural make-up and hair.
£45 - £60 for Avant-Garde/Creative/Editorial/High Fashion make-up. Basic hairstyle/updo and a full set of theme-matched designer nails (if you want them) comes with the price.
These prices are cheaper than other MUA's as I do not charge by the hour, but by the day. Prices are per person/model but I apply a discount for groups of 3 models (which is the maximum number of models I will do in a day).
I will do TFP and TFCD shoots depending on what theme/genre the shoot is based on, but will need travel fare as compensation for my free services.
I'm also looking for new experiences and events I could take part in. I like a challenge, and the more challenges I get, the better experience I have in the industry, so, if you have any events lined up that you think I would be suitable to take part in, then contact me.
