I am not new to photography just new to working with models. I got bit by the photography bug years ago when needing to upgrade my camera to photograph my wearable art (silversmith by trade under the name Renee).

My other passion in photography is macro work. My goal is to find a way to blend my macro work with models (blending images not taking macro of models ;o). I have lots of ideas floating around in my head and just need some people willing to work with me. 

If you get a friend request from me it means I am interested in working with you. Once I have established my "wish list" (for lack of a better word..lol) of models I will start contacting those who accepted the friend request. If you do not want to work with me then don't add me as a friend. This way we are not wasting each other’s time or have any awkward moments were either feels rejected. If I have not sent you a friend request perhaps I overlooked you so do not hesitate in sending me one.

I want to make the model feel comfortable and very much a part of the whole shoot. I will always listen to your ideas and suggestions. Working with you is a way for both of us to learn and grow. I am willing to shoot just about anything as long as it is not tacky.

Another thing you should know about me is family. Family is important and your family is welcome to come to the shoot as long as we are not doing nudes. If you want some shots with your husband or kids (or both) I am willing to do so as part of your compensation CD. Pets are fine as well. I just want you to be comfortable and since many people are balancing jobs with their pursuit of modeling and family I want to help with the balance instead of taking away from it. My husband and kids will be along (again unless nudes) and yours are welcome too. People should be happy in their pursuits not torn or stressed.

Note: Most on POTN know me by my designer name Renee (apparently cannot change the username on POTN). Just so there is no confusion you might see people address me by either name and I do answer to both ;o). Racquel was just too hard for people to remember to spell correctly to find my jewelry (they would always forget the "c") so I started using my middle name.
