I'm a freelance photographer who has worked a wide variety of areas such as news, events, sports, glamour, portraiture, and weddings. This confluence, or perhaps more accurately, collision, of influences makes me flexible in style and willing to push the creative envelope -- add a little grunge, a little action, a little mystery, a little whimsy, and so on. But regardless of concept, the bottom line is always to make the subject look amazing!
A major driving force in my work is to celebrate the modern woman. She's unique, strong, independent, intelligent, complex, caring, funny, yet able to celebrate her sensual, softer side. That's the essence I want to capture in my images.
I truly enjoy teaming up with models, MUA, and stylists to create striking, memorable images while having a blast doing it. An ideal side goal would be to find other like-minded people interested in long-term collaboration and working regularly together on interesting projects. Let's see if we can create something amazing together!
While commissioned work takes priority, I'm happy to work on a TFP/TFCD basis for portfolio expansion and other interesting projects. Just ask!
I am equally at home on location or in the studio. My pro lighting gear is portable and I love location shooting all over the GVRD and beyond under all sorts of challenging lighting and weather.
