About me

My name is Jose deOrta. I'm a photographer currently enrolled in The New York Institute of Photography. Is it a passion or is it just something I do to earn money to buy my next toy? For me its a passion.
I have always love taking pictures of my family, I really became inspired to further my talent in photography when my wife and I drove to Sedona with our wedding photographer for our engagement pictures. I was intrigued with the equipment the photographer and his wife were using. I truly enjoy photographing people and sharing with them the happiest moments of their lives. Since then, I've found my passion for photography grows with each passing year. Friends have always been gracious to me, and admired my photographic work.I am currently taking photographs at night clubs, special events such as movie premiers and cahrity events across town. I work with 944 magazine, and now I'm the AZ Photographer for Latino Future Magazine.

	Awesome! I actually get my outer stitches out today so I should have more range. The scar is going to look pretty gnarly for a while but I shouldn't have to keep it covered anymore after another week or two.
