Crystal Grenade

Hi, I'm Carol.  I go by the far more exciting name of Crystal Grenade when modelling, and you may also have chance to meet my second alias, Miss Lucky Seven, the burlesque character.

I have been modelling since 2008 and am on the books of an alternative modelling agency. I was recently crowned the 'Manchester Mona Lisa' in a portrait competition, with said portrait being displayed at MOSI. I was featured in Bianca Beauchamp's top 6 picks for the 2010 BIZARRE Cover Star competition. I also have my likeness currently displayed in several photography and art exhibitions around the North West.

I am always working to expand my portfolio with TF shoots.

I am seeking photographers who are interested in alternative fashion, horror, cartoon style, gothic, fetish, art nude, pin up, basically anything edgy, arty or unusual. I enjoy creating work that is challenging, provocative and beautiful.

I have trained as an actor and enjoy adopting different characters; I see each shoot as an opportunity to create something unique.  I always have a range of shoot ideas cycling through my brain, but am always keen to work with other people's concepts and preferences.  I work very hard and take direction well.

I have an unusual hand deformity, which some photographers like to make a feature of.  Others don't, and in this case it is quite subtle. I personally don't mind either way, but I have no shame about my body and its quirks so please don't ask to work with me if you have a problem with imperfection!
