I have to say after casting 3 or 4 projects through MM, I've found alot of unprofessional, lazy attitude from models, some , when actually booked have not showed up and some who have then announced that they can only stay the a few hours - knowing only too well if this information had been upfront they would have not been booked..I shoot high end advertising projects and expect professionalism and reliability.
This is the project that was compromised, this is the level of professionalism I'm working at, so if you do apply, be professional and understand this is not a man with a hobby - this is my business.

****Due to two models not turning up to a film shoot for a big 90 sec Commerical which caused damage to the shooting schedule, I insist with contracts being signed, to protect the production, if you are cast off MM, to prevent this happening again.....I'm only interested working with reliable people.
With the nature of my work being film, I look for people with some performace skill in front of a film camera- they don't have to be Meryl Streep, but a confidence and focus is paramount, its harder than some models on here believe...
On a plus side I have found some great people off this site who have recently been in ads and films the past year I've directed.
I shoot for such brands as Adidas, Samsung to name a few and I have just finished a short film for the clothing brand Ted Baker.

I still cast through casting directors but always up for seeing people off here into the mix long they are exciting and have something fresh and intelligent about them as well as great looks as my work these days is mainly film based, I move between Commericals and films.
