Hello Everyone...
   My name is Ava Sue Pedersen and I am an MUA/Stylist. I specialize in S/B airbrush make-up, my brand of choice being Temptu. I have just switched to S/B airbrush as of recently and have never seen any make-up work as well for what we all do. Especially right now when everything is HD. I've never seen a make-up cover blemishes and scars so well and so naturally. It goes on in seconds, creates the most realistic ABSOLUTELY flawless looking skin possible and stays. In. Place. Wherever the location, the weather, hot lights, however much movement, however long the shoot, show, etc.
  I'm on here to network and really find some talented people to work with. I really enjoy the layout and that we all have a forum to interact. Mostly I'm talking about getting a great overview for people's quality; talent/technique, style, attitude and interests and goals for the work they want to do. Because without having all these facets laid out the way they are on here, comprehensively, I've found alot of times it can be hit or miss with the work produced in the end. I feel the best work we put out there is when everyone is in sync. I also really love the "team" kind of feel I've gotten from seeing how people post their casting calls and comments/encouragement to eachother. I love that what I do entails working in a team most of the time.
   As far as my style, though this sounds cliche, I really do love getting into everything. I feel I specialize a bit in vintage, I think perhaps because it comes very naturally to me. Though, really, what it comes down to for me-is that the end product is something that people (no matter if it's there style or not) can not help but to stop, step back or twerk their heads a bit and say, "Wow. That is amazing." And that's not to say that that doesn't include natural looks as well. I like going all in. I am a very hands on stylist and that includes (besides make-up of course) hair, clothing, set/scenery. Any part I'm welcome/needed in I am diving in. Because even the most simple commercial product should do it's job. Make people love it. Give them a little ease or excitement.
   One thing I am known for is figuring and executing logistics. Creating resources with whatever's around, on the spot, if the idea happens smack in the middle of creation. So that whatever the budget the team has, whatever time, resources-it will be extraordinary. I was raised in a severly artistic and innovative environment. Born and bred to not let images and ideas just sit intangible, but to create to the precise. So no matter what the circumstances; I will make it work.
   Well, I have found it a bit difficult to write this bio without bragging a bit; but someone very near to me once said, "it's not arrogance if you can back it up." And I'd really love to work with other people who feel the same. That have the passion, swagger and motivation I feel I do and the talent to back it up. And from what I'm seeing on here so far, there's alot of that on here.
