I am considered short by fashion standards. I am considered thick and curvy. Teaching a minimum of eight dance and fitness classes during a week puts me in pretty good shape. My breasts do not point towards the sun and I do not have rock hard abs. I have very strong African features and natural hair. Conventional fashion model look? No. Nothing close, but I am photogenic and have been told that I am a natural by several professionals. I am often described as easy and inspiring to work with. I am a teacher and choreographer of West African dance and have been in numerous stage productions. Photographers that want to work with me generally want to shoot me in that sort of concept. I love concepts that speak about culture, but am looking to do some very unique and edgy shots too. I love working collaboratively with photographers to make art. I am not a big fan of fashion photogaphy as it probably is not a big fan of me; but I am not opposed to it. I am not opposed to nudes but it depends on the concept. Any critiques or advice would be greatly appreciated. Peace.
