About Me

I love how beautiful and fit a body can look!! Especially at 58! I am so grateful to look and feel so young at my age. Who says your metabolism slows when you get older??

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and enjoy staying fit and helping my clients stay fit.  I competed in Figure/Bikini competitions for 15 years. I work with the general public and enjoy helping them become empowered through physical fitness. You can view my website at http://www.bodybysandy.com.

At 58 I am proud of what I have created through my training and a sound nutrition plan. If I can do it anyone can.

I am always interested in paid bookings and I'm available for limited TFP with the right photographers.

I enjoy doing fitness photos but I am open to more creative work. I am not interested in doing nudes.
