*******ATTENTION ALL MODELS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS-I had yet ANOTHER experience of a photographer trying to take advantage of a model. (I'm professional enough not to name names) However, reason for this warning is to help other models realize their worth and not allow shady photographers to take advantage of them. Let me recap what happened. I was solicited to shoot with a photographer and I gladly accepted but was served a lovely "MODEL RELEASE"....now the photographer was right for sending it in advance but the release stated that this photographer had ALL RIGHTS to the images we were going to take and that I had none...Now for those of you who do not see the harm in this...giving up all the rights to images of you means that your photos may be sold and you would not receive any compensation. If this were for a MAGAZINE it is considered a standard release but you gain benefit for exposure. There is NO benefit for allowing a photographer to take photos of you and own all of the rights and you have none. PERIOD. Please feel free to message me if you need further explanation...I would be glad to help. SHAME on photographers for taking advantage of models. Unless you are willing to pay or place me in a magazine forget about owning all rights. THANK YOU!

	Hello, Would you be interested in being in a fashion show on sunday Dec 6? It's for an up-and-coming designer. It will be held at a temple in Encino, so it will be very professional with no nudity or anything inappropriate. We would need to meet up a day prior to the shoot for fittings and just to see your "model walk." (so we'd need a commitment of two meetings from you--the first would not be more than an hour and can be worked around your schedule and the second, Dec 6, the day of the show). Since she is a recently graduated fashion design student and just starting her line, she unfortunately will not be able to compensate you financially. HOWEVER, you will be getting a CD of professional photos (and hopefully video if we can get a camera man for that as well), plus obviously experience that you can put on your resume.
