hi michelle. to achieve that look, i shot at dusk with the sun behind kasea, flare be damned. haha. i didn't do anything too tricky in photoshop, but there was a modest amount of work, including a huge contrast increase (like +70, the flare killed all my contrast), 2 earth-toned gradients to keep it feeling natural, and a handful of curves.
