Let me start by telling you a bit about myself:
I've been involved in the industry since I was 18.
I first started as a model. I took a step back from that for a few years to ...do some soul searching... yeah may sound cheesy but it was very important for me to do.
None the less I was still involved in the industry but mostly behind the scenes working with photographers in developing concepts.
I was 21 when people started telling me I should get back into the industry as a model. I had my doubts. Part of the reason why I left was because I didn't think it was healthy for my body image. I was always being told I need to be better.
Either way I decided to see what was happening and I quickly realized that things had changed while I was away.
It seemed a new wave had come crashing in. A wave were curvy women where being acknowledged for the true beauties they were.
It's been a year now since I started modeling again and by some random chance of fate I met a group of wonderful women who felt and shared my thoughts. That lead to me signing a contract with Emerald Model Management. A fairly new agency that is compelled to shift the idea of beauty one curve at a time!
I’ve always been passionate about the arts and I have embraced many new forms of it as of late. I welcome and invite new, wild, creative, tasteful ideas.
I want to meet more people that love to create what they express and express what they create.
And the rest is still yet to be written
WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:
I have been on this site for about at year. I’ve had some really good experiences and some not so great ones.
Because of this, I feel the need to state exactly what I’m looking for and expecting from a shoot.
I want to build my portfolio with creative work.
I am also interested in some glamour as long as the result is professional.
I feel my current port is begging for diversity lol
I want to work with wild thinkers and creative minds but I also want a mutual respect
If we work together know that I will respect any vision you have and I will respect you in your work and what you do.
I am a very empathetic person and all I ask for is honesty and if there is any agreement, that it is met fully by both parties… if something comes up tell me I’ll understand.
I have had it happen a few times where I have signed a release and my end of the agreement was not met.
These are issues I will discuss with every photographer I do TFP/CD with.
It’s important to understand I just want work to add to my port.
SO! On that note! I hope that doesn't come off as too forward. I'm very relaxed and easy going in reality! haha
