Been doing this for just shy of 20 years so I know a thing or two about what I'm doing. Let's make it happen!
I do enjoy working with new talent and helping an inexperienced model build their portfolio. When I see that you're taking this seriously and you are working hard to obtain your goals then I will work just as hard for you.
A few things you should know
1. Both of our time is valuable and the truth is that we need each other.
2. Having good genes is pretty common actually. No matter how much a model thinks he or she deserves fame and fortune, there are a thousand or more other people just as attractive is you. If you want it, you have to work hard and make some sacrifices. If you live here in Indiana you'll need to move far away. Just the facts
3. Nudity. Holy crap has there ever been a topic that gets a models panties in such a knot? It's a yes or no question. Know your stance and let it be. Oh and yes even though my portfolio has naked people in it, that doesn't mean I require nudity in my studio. If I do bring up the word "nude" that also doesn't mean your dick is getting a close up. You cover the twigs and berries, no harm no foul. With that in mind I would like to point out that I dare you to turn down a Times Square billboard ad for Calvin Klein if he suggests you hold the undies instead of wear them.
4. Things happen. I'm not going to throw a fit if you have to reschedule. Just refer back to #1 and let me know. Call, text, email me and just say so. No big deal.
5. Don't be afraid to throw out ideas! It's your portfolio so tell me if you have ideas. Just know that I'm not going to plagiarize another photographers work. However show me what images you like and are drawn to, we'll use them as inspiration to get you something you love but is uniquely you.
6. Above everything I respect and honor communication. So please do not hesitate to ask questions, speak your mind and even debate. It's healthy.
