facility located behind a residential building.
When you arrive, come around the back side of the
building (you will see the big mobile van, other cars parked )
and you will see the glass door.*
From Manhattan (App 25mins from 42nd st)
1)Take Major Degan North ( it turns into I-87 North )
2)Take Exit 2 and go on service road (that is Central Park Avenue) to second traffic light
(app. 1.5 miles ) to Yonkers Avenue.
3)Turn Right onto Yonkers Ave and go about 1.2miles to 2nd traffic light, and turn left on Kimball Avenue.
4)Go on Kimball Avenue about 1mile where you turn right to Vernon Avenue (turn right app. 50 feet before traffic light at intersection with Mile Square Road - do not cross traffic light
5)On vernon Ave, go up the hill and than shortly go down the hill to 168 Vernon Avenue, building is on the left side.
6)Park on the street and go to the rear of building. Ring the bell on large glass doors - this is where the studio is located.
From Tappan Zee Bridge ( app 15minutes )
1)Take I-287 East to Cross Westchester Expressway - to Sprain Brook Parkway
2)Exit on Mile square Road ( it is first exit after Cross County Expressway marked Bronx River Road) go up short ramp through light on Kimball Avenue ( app 1min )
3)Turn left, and after 50 feet, again turn left onto Vernon Avenue
4)Follow steps 5 & 6 (see above)

Metro North
From grand central station (NYC) take the Metro North Harlem line
(The train with the blue stripe on the sides) to the Mount Vernon West stop.
Go downstairs and make a left, there is a taxi stand there.
From there you can take a taxi to 168 Vernon Avenue (*YOU MUST TELL TAXI DRIVER THAT THE ADDRESS IS IN YOUNKERS & NOT IN MOUNT VERNON. Vernon Avenue is one block
south of the intersection of Kimball Avenue and mile square road. )
If you are walking, it's about 20mins, with driving 3mins from train station.
NYC Subway System
Take the 2 or 4 to the northern-most last stop, from there you can take a taxi to
