I have put my artWork on hold as I build my new studio in Georgetown, DE
Secluded Oasis
Now. As you will notice from my portfolio on here, I create art by overlaying images with various levels of transparency. This is a process I began in the darkroom in B&W which then evolved onto the computer where I have more control.
My only criteria for models in my artWork is that they must know how to laugh. That's it. A photoshoot (whether for my art or commercial for a client) with me is FUN. I bounce around, I climb on the furniture. The "right" shot is rarely the one found by placing the camera on the tripod situated within the math given in "set up your lights EXACTLY like this" manuals.
I am fairly unconventional, but ALWAYS professional. I have been shooting for almost 2 decades (over 10 years of that professionally), so I have learned what works, what doesn't and what gets the best results from the model.
Everything is organic and natural, nothing is over-posed or awkward or uncomfortable.
I am currently looking for models looking to do/wear:
* nudes
* implied nudes
* draped
* corsets
* victorian clothing
* Ren/Medieval garb
* goth
* fetish gear
* flowing sundresses
* anything which makes you comfortable
* anything which shows WHO YOU ARE
I make my art from REAL people being real. I like to capture what is unique about each model and bring that out.
Art out of the way. I am still a commercial photographer shooting wedding, events, portraits and bands. As well as photomanipulations, restorations and graphic design work.
Given that, I will gladly help you build your portfolios. Fashion, head shots, fitness, location work, creative... whatever you need to boost/expand your portfolio.
I have recently opened a state of the art studio in Georgetown with a sprawling yard with waterfalls, wishing well, islands, bridges and rose garden... plenty of space for studio and location work.
Let me know what you are looking for and I will figure out how I can help you.
I also love working/shooting with other local photographers, so if you are a photographer, feel free to contact me as well.
thanks for your time, I look forward to working with you,
:>
