My name's Bill, I'm 28 and have been actively shooting photos since 2001 and professionally since 2004. I shoot mostly digital but can do film upon request. I studied photography at the College of DuPage for several years. I currently work with a successful chicago-land portrait studio as well as run my own wedding/portrait photography company.

I've worked as a staff photographer for 2 college newspapers, a stringer for one other. I did independent photojournalism for 5 years. I did a little work with OTH (Off The Hook) Chicago Club Promotions in early 2008. And in 2013 I began working with WikiHow.com.

I shoot all types of photography (bands, promotions, portraits, glamour, special events, sports, weddings and photojournalism.) I'd really like to enhance my experience with fashion, glamour and boudoir type of photography and am open TFP/CD arrangements. I'm also always open for collaborative shoots.

Equipment:
Camera - Nikon D200, Leica M4 (Film)
Lenses - Nikon 17-55mm f2.8 Aspherical, Nikon 80-200 f2.8
Flashes - Nikon SB-900 and SB-800.
Backdrops - White, Black, Royal Blue and grey with paint splotches.


I've extensive knowledge in the use of Photoshop CS3, Photoshop 7, Lightroom 3 and Express Digital Darkroom 3.

All the photos I shoot are taken in Large RAW + JPEG Fine for the best quality possible.

I have a very photojournalistic and differnt lighting style but I'm more than happy to do a more traditional type of photography. I do all editing myself using Photoshop v7.0 and Lightroom 3.
