I have experience in waitressing, bar work and promotional work but most of my vocational experience consists of childcare. I worked in a full day care centre in Plymouth for over a year and have a further years experience doing voluntary work in schools and child-minding. I am now working towards my BAHons in Early Childhood Studies and aim to run my own nursery or to become a primary school teacher once my modelling career simmers down.
Skills and Interests
Over the last two years I have been improving and expanding my modelling skills and experience through a variety of TFP projects ranging studio, location, group and duo shoots to music videos, beauty pageants, calender shoots and catwalk shows. In recent months I have received a lot of interest from various agencies with five contracts signed so far and numerous interviews pending. I realise that many agencies have so many models on their books that they cannot possibly provide them all with regular work which is why I am aiming to sign up to as many as possible to improve my chances of regular work. I intend to be a reliable and enthusiastic model for all the agencies that represent me but hope to build up an extra special rapport with the one or two that provide me with the most regular and rewarding work.
I am confident in front of the camera and can pose without instruction. I particularly enjoy using my surroundings in location shoots and props in studio shoots to inspire me to create original and effective images. I always work closely with the photographer by discussing and sharing ideas in order to ensure high quality pictures are produced as a result.
I always ensure my hair and skin is in good condition and my nails are manicured as well as maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle.
I am interested in commercial, glamour, hair and beauty modelling as I feel my look and style as a model would best suit these areas. I have the hair, skin and facial features which are required for beauty/hair shots and the sensuality and confidence to be a successful glamour model.
I am particularly interested in sports wear brands and the urban look as even though I can be a girly girl when it is required, I have a deep down love for hoodies and trainers and the tomboy look!
