David Sixto Tarango

I am currently working in the film industry with aspirations of working full-time as a Director of Photography. I work in production as a Producer, Director, D.P. Camera Operator, A.C., Gaffer, Grip, Electric, and Sound Mixer. I know a lot about film making in general, lighting, directing, producing, and editing. I am a photographer as well. I enjoy traveling, and take photos on my trips. I also can develop and process my own negatives and prints, which I find fun for learning, and experimenting. I am just getting into shooting portraits, and working with models. I am very easy going, but know what I want, and what looks good. I am also very open, and open to new or different ideas and suggestions. I would like to meet models to collaborate with, so that I may improve my skills, work with different models, and build rewarding and positive photographer - model relationships. My style is very cinematic, I like to make things look very candid, journalistic, and documentary like. I prefer pics caught in the moment, rather than poses. But I know what it takes to make these looks on film, and set them up.
