I want to start by saying I have modeled professionally for 4 years now traveling the world and doing many MANY things... I have only just returned to the USA to be with family again, and I have decided to only do modeling part time now and focus on other points of my life.  I live by the virtues of Love, Health and Happiness and try to instill these in everyone I know and meet.  I simply feel modeling wasn't making me happy no matter how much money I made it couldn't buy happiness.  Follow your heart and you'll never go wrong, but don't think with it alone or it may lead you into incapable hands. 

J.J. was born on September 24th, 1986.  He was born and raised in San Francisco California until the age of 10 when he moved north to Novato California.  He graduated at the young age of 17 from Novato High School where he went on to serve in the United States Air Force as a member of an elite squad known as Pararescue, or PJ’s.  After receiving an honorable medical discharge from sustaining numerous injuries, he returned home to an ever happy and loving family.  Not long after his return and following his speedy recovery, John became interested in the club industry and began promoting for S.F. Clubs while also personal training.  During an evening at club X in San Francisco, John was approached by a photographer who showed interest in his look and thought he had potential.  In exchange for a photo shoot, John was given a complete portfolio along with great words of advice, wisdom to help him succeed in the industry and help in finding an agency.  After sending off to numerous agencies, he eventually signed with City Models out of San Francisco.  His time with City was short though, and John soon moved onto LOOK Models, also out of San Francisco, where he picked up more work and was better represented.  While John’s size was always a difficult factor (largely muscular and very toned), he was determined to get into the fashion industry and worked diligently to lessen the overly Adonis look of his body.  He eventually lost 70 lbs. of muscle over a year’s period and got trimmed to a 27 inch waist and a 41 inch chest while standing at 6’ 2”.  He was determined to work with the best and eventually approached FORD Models.  Not long after this, John met the love of his life and took a short break from modeling and his pursuits.  Eventually, he moved to England where he now resides and works with many companies for modeling, acting and personal training.  He has made a new life for himself from scratch and has since worked with such stars as Peter Andre, Paris Hilton, the Sugar Babes and the original Chipendales as well as others.  He has shot for numerous magazines and clothing lines, interviewed for many websites and news articles and worked as a dancer, singer and actor.  John has been told that his vast versatility is his strong point as well as his heart and compassion for others.  He believes it’s his drive and his “never quit, never surrender” attitude that will make him what he one day hopes to be.  His dreams and pursuits have brought him far and he has his loving family as well as his supportive friends and loved ones to thank for all that has been given to him. 

John’s two favorite quotes are;
