In Photography as in life, “ The thing that is important is the thing that is not seen.” Saint-Exupery.
An image caters only to one sense, the sense of sight. When I create an image my goal always, is to try and capture what is not seen, the sounds, the smells, and the feel or the mood of my subject. But a truly great image is like an open-ended question, allowing the viewer to imagine the rest of the story.
As a photographer this is what I’m looking for.
I specialize in portraiture, with an emphasis on bands, musicians and other artists as well as models. I also do fine art landscapes and editorial type work as well as event photography.
