About the Studio:
Gray Door Studio is a full service studio in the NYC area that provides Digital solutions to your media needs. Our team of Photographers, Videographers, Editors, make up artists, Graphic Designers and musicians are capable of executing any job: simple, complex, big or small.
How we work:
We do a certain number of TFP/TFCD a month to help out beginning models. We are a professional studio that likes to work with up coming models and help them get their portfolio started. We carry ourselves in a professional manner and we expect our models do do so as well. Each photoshoot is thoroughly discussed with the model and we respect your limits as we expect you respect ours. We want the models we work with to be comfortable and know that we like to take our time to get the perfect images for your portfolio.
About TFP/TFCD
We ONLY DO 4 TFP/TFCD shoots a month. Do not waste another models opportunity by not showing up to your shoot. There will be no rescheduling for no shows or cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice with a call to the studio.
Studio Rules:
These rules are here to ensure that a shoot goes smoothly and effectively. If you do not agree with these rules we can respect that and ask you to find a photographer that is a better fit for you.
1. All models must be a minimum of 18 years of age and they MUST bring ID as proof. If you do not bring ID to the shoot we will kindly ask you to leave and reschedule your shoot for a later time when proper ID can be presented.
2. All models must sign a release. This is not a contract. The release is to ensure us the legal right to use your photos.
3. All models must bring there own wardrobe.
4. You can bring up to 2 escorts with you per shoot. if you bring a third the photoshoot will be canceled. This is for security reasons and we also do not want the model to be distracted.
5. No alcohol and drugs. this is non negotiable.
6. Please being an iPod or CD of the music like. This will help you work faster.
7. All models should come with a clean Face (no make up) we will provide a make up artist for the shoot.
8. All pictures will be provided on CD or DVD or made available to download within 7-10 days of shoot due to the fact that all photos need to be color corrected and watermarked with our logo.
9. The Photos taken are owned by Gray Door Studio LLC and are licensed to you for promotional purposes including but not limited to Submissions to Magazine or Agency. You can use them freely for your portfolio but you do not have the legal right to sell any photo for any reason and we will take legal action if do not comply
