About me
Katherine "KAT" Vera first stepped foot into Modeling at age 16, when she was asked to shoot for a local retail clothing store in Chicago. She loved the experience and began to venture more into the world of Modeling. Kat is not a complete stranger to the world of performing arts. She first began taking Hip-Hop dance classes at the age of 9, becoming part of a young performing dance troupe. She has been blessed to perform for the Mayor of Chicago and throughout various places including The Chicago Theater and Millennium Park and is currently dancing for a well known Chicago recording artist. Dancing has led Katherine to explore other artistic and professional mediums becoming more involved in the arts and entertainment industry. Her first on set experience as an extra was in the State Street Pictures produced film titled “Theirs Nothing Like the Holidays”. since then she has done work on an independent film, undergone training and continues to study the craft of acting. She has also began to make a name for herself working events and promotions and served as a field manager for a Jonas Brothers Concert and Martha Stewart. At the age of 20 she is currently in college studying Marketing and aims to continue to push & explore her passions of Modeling, Dancing, Acting and Marketing into a Successful career.
