I am an art photographer. Or maybe even just an artist that uses a camera. Nah, even that sounds too pretentious. I just do what I do. Let me use this opportunity to thank all the wonderful Mayhem people who have supported me in this art project, whether through modeling or advice or just words of encouragement. I really appreciate it all.
What I do is borrow methods from science photography and motion studies and use them for art. These are sequences of images captured in camera, NOT assembled with Photoshop (not that there's anything wrong with that). People sometimes ask how that all works. It's a long story, but I talk about it a little (and show some pics of the rig) here:
Actually, if you want to read more about it, here's an article I wrote for an online magazine:

Feel free to contact me, I can't quite keep up with all the messaging and tagging that go on here. This project is my art and not a commercial enterprise. So I'd love to do TFP and I can even manage some compensation to help with expenses, but in general I can't afford standard modeling rates.

Look me up on Facebook too, it's what the kids are into these days.
