Because of the nature of my photography, I do not use models under 18 years of age.
I am a mature aged photographer, although semi retired I am still kept busy creating images which capture the beauty of the human body in an attractive, sensual yet provocative way. Few images are the same, as the subject tends to lead the composition so the final choice of images that compile a portfolio can only be concluded after investigating and comparing the results of diversely different approaches.
I seek models with a sense of artistic expression and confidence in working in front of a camera. Experience is not a necessity as I find that a fresh approach more desirable than a stock in trade type of presentation. I prefer to work with a model on several shoots if possible, in order to explore her potential.
I work on a Paid by the hour, TF, or Profit/share basis, or a combination of these, depending on the end use of the images and ageement with the model. I provide a CD of selected and edited high resolution images or prints or both depending on arrangements made. Before conducting a shoot for the first time with a model, I initially I like to meet them first. This allows us to get to know each other and we can discuss the nature of the intended shoot, the direction it may take and what both model and myself can expect from the shoot.
