Kristina Beese

        I am a photography student at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, looking for enthusiastic models. I draw inspiration from films, music, other photographers, novels, current issues/events and my own imagination. I am mostly interested in photographing women as well as environmental portraits, however I am extremely flexible and am open to suggestions and refreshing ideas.


    Photography has become a way to inspire, to depress, to excite, to confront, to exalt, to represent, to catalogue, and to ultimately show the world that we are all beautiful and we are all connected. I choose to see the world through the eye of my camera to address, challenge, or support that which we are afraid to speak; to voice the words (through photographs) that may make these feelings tangible. In doing so, I have allowed the camera to become a mechanical extension of my body; a third eye, if you will.
