Hello There! My name is Amanda Strobel, I am 22 years old with a boy friend of three years and soon to be fiancé. We bought a brand new house almost 5 months ago and looking forward to sharing our lives together. I was recently laid off from Clackamas County Sheriffs Office due to budgetary cuts. I am appropriately professional with every assignment due to having a strong work ethic and always striving to represent the company and myself very highly. I take pride in being well organized, loyal, timely, trustworthy, intelligent, great problem solver and always on time!! My passion in life is ridding my quad at the Oregon dunes with my significant other; I have been ridding at the dunes since I was 2 years old. Also, enjoy playing football, softball, snowboarding, volleyball, hiking, mountain biking, camping, fishing, hunting, shooting guns, playing board games, cooking, baking, decorating, sewing, making crafts and the list goes on and on….Oh and of course I LOVE shopping, doing my hair, makeup, painting my nails and MODELING hehe… Such an outdoors tom boy who enjoys all kinds of sports, but deep down I am very much a girly girl. I have not been on MM in many many months and before that it has been years. I started modeling back in 2007 and 2008, suddenly after that I was rushed in for emergency surgery due to my intestines turning inside out; that kept me from modeling until just recently! January 2011 is when I started to model again because I missed the people, satisfaction, challenge, money and all together missed building my portfolio and chasing my dream. I have gained an abounding amount of knowledge while working in this industry and now that I know what I want, I am going to do what it takes to make it in this industry! My goal is to submit my portfolio to several agencies around the Pacific Northwest here shortly to see if they are willing to give me a shot. I need to try EVERY aspect of modeling because I feel it is extremely important to see which style you enjoy, which ones you dislike and also to figure out your strengths and weaknesses because we all have them! I am on MM to communicate with people in the industry, show others my work, set up paid gigs and last but not lease build my portfolio a little more before I submit to agencies. Setting goals for myself on a daily basis both personally and professionally, even if those goals are not met I strive diligently to meet them daily. One definition that could define me is a very compassionate person, who works hard for everything I own. Excel in being a flexible person who can adapt to changes frequently.
