BIO: Juan Santos, a professional stylist for 17 years, has worked in Mexico City, Los Angeles CA., and Phoenix, AZ.

He started his career in a salon in Mexico City named “Beverly Hills Cosmetology” when he was just 15 years old. Prior to endeavoring to the United States, Juan worked at internationally renowned salon chain ‘Stilisimo’, and worked doing several platform seminars.

Truly passionate about his chosen career, he ventured into being a Cosmetology Instructor in order to share his knowledge with others. As a Cosmetology Instructor in Phoenix, AZ, he was able to share his artistic vision and skills in make-up artistry, styling, cutting, and coloring with students who were anxious to learn from him.

Juan’s versatility also gave him the opportunity to be a Technician for ‘Tec Italy Hair Dimension.’ In this position he held seminars to teach other local stylists new styling techniques. Juan’s focus is now the high fashion/runway industry.

Juan's work has been featured on many runways, magazines / Magazine covers, and television commercials.

Juan describes his profession as a synonym of creativity and image creation. “Hair styling is an art, therefore our canvas is our client’s hair, and the great thing is that the options are limitless. “ Based on this vision, Juan’s goal is to continue to grow and excel in his craft, by consistently innovating hairstyles and keeping up with new trends. Creativity, innovation, humility, and love for the art of styling are the key principles that make up his demeanor as a hairstylist. “I believe that having great hair is important to feeling beautiful. What fascinates me most about my profession is our ability to make people feel beautiful. I believe in the theory that if you look good, you feel good. That is precisely why I pride myself in being a stylist. In our hands we have the power to make a person leave your working chair feeling gorgeous, and that as the stylist is a great feeling.”
