I started the artistic part of my life as a pencil portraitist and I learned something early on and that is that self-confidence and giving the appearance of caring more about the person you are looking at than you do yourself is the very essence of beauty. I can take a girl with a lackluster personal appearance and put her in a pose that heeds that precept and she is beautiful to everyone that looks at the picture.
