On Saturday January 19th, Iron Bodies Gym in Costa Mesa California is having their Grand Opening. Iron Bodies is the gym I trained at for a number of years and is filled with great people. If you compete this is really the place to train in the OC! I will be there visiting my friends so if you can come by, please do. Many of you have expressed shooting with me on my projects so this is a good time to come by and meet. Maybe we will shoot a few photos of you too! So come on by....
