Hello, I am the lead singer of a 4 piece indie/rock band based in Essex, we are looking for a photographer who would be happy and feel confident in taking some shots for our band. If you have some experience of shooting bands even better or if its something that really interests you and you have ideas on locations/ backgrounds/ retouching ideas then that would be perfect! we are happy to shoot in London or Essex areas or even if you live a bit further out and have tons of really cool locations near you then we would be happy to travel. We would like some really quirky, edgy shots that really stand out, maybe using backgrounds like garages, graffiti, subways, derelict buildings, anything that is old & grotty looking!...no photos next to trees or sitting on park benches (too many bands use these!) we are looking for someone that is happy to work TFCD basis so we are happy for you to use the photographs for your portfolio or any promotion you want to do for yourself, we will be using them as promotional photos e.g. on our myspace etc we will glady put the photographers name & website on any caption of our photographs and certainly pass on your details to any that wants to know. We are looking to shoot preferably around mon 31st March, tues 1st or wed 2nd April. If any hair & make-up artists would like to get involved in this please get in touch as well.
