Hello all.
I am a hairstlyist who has just about finished my prelim outlining for my NAHA (north american haristyling award) entry. Entry paperwork is not avail until August BUT i want a smooth flowing photo shoot so that is why i am planning and casting now so i can get it done this fall.
WHO DO I NEED??
Models!!!
Need to have that "Urban Look"! meaning ETHNIC! latinas, african-american, asian, native american, etc... you need to not look like your typical model meaning you have that certain "thing" about you. MEN OK TOO!! i want a diverse look for my entry.
Ladies: be at least 5'8" and NOT a twig! i want healthy looking. If you are ok with your own hair getting cut let me know if not i still have extensions and wigs we could use instead. I will not do a short butch cut on your so don't worry.
Men: 5"10" and in shape but not a body builder. Hair will get cut and styled into a trendy yet reasonalbe look.
Photograpers:
I do not want photo-artists, meaning you rely on photo shop way too much.
I will review your port and let you know if i can use your skills. You have to be able to direct the model and share the same vision as me. IF YOU HAVE NOTHING BUT NUDITY OR IMPLIED PICS IN YOUR PORT I WILL NOT CONSIDER YOU.
Wardrobe:
Same as photographers, as far as the same vision part. Diverse wardorbe but not too much high fashion.
I already have an MUA.

If i like what you have I will discuss with you personally about comp, dates, times, etc. Please be patient with me since the outlines are just beginning to get finished.
