I am looking for a model and wardrobe stylist for a shoot on Sunday, June 1st. The shoot's theme is "Bird Habitat," a working title, and this series will be about the interrelation of humans and the natural world. This will be an environmental portrait of a hybrid bird-human, similar to the Raven Spirit images in my portfolio. This shoot will most likely be an owl.
In the event of rain the shoot will be the following Sunday, June 8th. My preference is to shoot in the afternoon. Sunset is at 8:53pm on June 1, so ideally we'll start shooting at 6pm, with costuming and such before that. I have yet to select the location, so some travel may be involved. Compensation will be provided for travel, and snacks or meals will also be provided.
FEMALE MODEL: Model preferences are for someone who is in shape, but not super skinny. Models sizes 8-14 preferred, but I will consider all sizes. Skin and eye color does not matter. I would like someone with brown or black hair, and will consider all lengths. Compensation is TFP/CD
WARDROBE: I will be looking for clothing complimentary to the mask I will use, so the color palette is browns, tans, and shades of greys and blacks. Think horned owl! Style-wise clothing should have a Victorian flair, and I'd prefer dresses and skirts to pants. I do not have the mask yet, but once I receive it can post a photo on-line. Compensation for time is TFP/CD, necessary purchases will be compensated (we'll discuss budgets).
