T11A works with the largest & most successful companies in the world, helping them connect their products & services with customers & sales associates at retail. As a Nestlé Brand Ambassador, you will: • Work WEEKENDS in “high-end” retail environments (Specialty Retail &/or Department Stores) • Build effective relationships with store management & staff • Train store personnel on product features, benefits & how to sell • Be a trusted in-store resource • Connect with customers • Demo products with style & passion • Educate, answer questions, build interest & confidence • CLOSE THE SALE! • You will be responsible for setup and breakdown of display/demonstration equipment and cleanup of your immediate work area • Report results & observations, online • Have fun – You will enjoy representing a great product in a friendly, fun environment Job Requirements include: • Must possess a friendly, outgoing personality and genuine interest in helping customers & retail personnel • Great verbal communication skills • Confident & energetic, with the ability to engage customers & encourage them to experience your product demonstration, enjoy a sample • Experience in product demonstrations &/or retail sales/training • Reliable transportation and current insurance • Access to a Computer with Broadband Internet (Required for online reporting & communication) • Must pass pre-employment background, drug and Motor Vehicle record check • Outside employment is permitted as long as it does not interfere with your responsibilities with T11A • Neat and professional appearance, no visible tattoos or extreme piercings • Must be able to lift 40 lbs comfortably Program Information: • We have positions starting on October 3 and November 1; Work days are Saturdays & Sundays, must be able to work every weekend. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors able to commit to this position long-term (Not just the season). In addition, there may be additional work opportunities on Thursdays &/or Fridays in select regions. • 2008 Program Schedule: Positions starting: October 3rdnd – Dec 31st & November 1st – December 31st • Training – 4-8 Hours (Paid), subject to position • 2009 Program Schedule in development • Work Days: Primarily Saturday and Sunday (Some opportunities for Thursday, Friday in select regions). • Program Times: 4-7 hour Sales/Demo Days, dependent on retailer Range: 10:00AM-6:00PM • Compensation $17-18/hr, subject to experience & location • Bonus: You may also be eligible to receive a cash bonus for completing all demo days as scheduled and based on retailer/customer feedback, performance & results.
