My name is Bryan Allen. I am a Knoxville, TN based photographer and will be teaching a workshop in Savannah on May 6-10. The workshop is focused on teaching practical techniques for working with and photographing a variety of people (from strangers to models) in a variety of settings / locations (from studio to the great outdoors) using a variety of lighting techniques (from reflectors to professional strobe equipment). Here is a link to a full description of the workshop:
For a couple of our exercises, I will require the use of models (male and female). Makeup artists looking to get in some work would be welcome as well. I would need 2-3 hours of your time. We will shoot on location along the river, in the squares downtown, or at the Telfair/Jepson Museum depending on the day.
This opportunity is not paid but we will provide you copies of the images produced by the students. They students range in experience from relatively new to quite advanced. This is an opportunity to get some work in front of several cameras/photographers. The time will be very laid back and fun and hopefully some good images will result.
If you have any interest, please respond to this message or contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 865.387.1387.
Here are some links to other sites of my own personal work. I am a professional and totally legit.
