Istockphoto Weekend Shoot SEPTEMBER 21st and 22nd (Friday day and Saturday)
Ok, here is what the Game plan is...I\'ve made a list of the Photographers involved and their portflios, this is a great chance to get big time exposure, these images will be used all around the world. On the front of my port is a list of Model Mayhem Models that we did this same type of event up in Michigan, we called it \"Istock Chapped Lypse\" feel free to contact those models and find out how much fun it was and the great experience they had. Also I\'ve put down the tentative schedule and the type of shots that will be taken. Istockphoto.com is a place to buy stock photography and that is what we will be creating. I\'m sure the photographer will be willing to create a few \"Headshots or whatever you might need\" Lunch will be provided each day also a disk with each of the photographers shot will be given to you. The photographer will give at least 3 images, but I know that they will probably give as many as you want...I will have a makeup artist for the Saturday shoot, but not friday....I would say bring a business outfit, a casual outfit and a creative outfit....Some of the models I have contacted thru email and you have agreed to do these 2 days, but you also have responded to casting calls for the same event. This is a very serious event and I need professional commitments and need to have good comunication from each of you. I look forward to a fantastic weekend.

Thursday 20th Most Everyone Arrives. My Band \"Groovebox\" plays at 9 pm at Bunganut Pig goes till 11:30ish
No Models Needed, but feel free to come out.
Friday 21st
7:30 McDonalds Breakfast
8:00 am EVERYONE Photographers & Models / Meet at Hotel
8:30 am - 12 pm Metro Furniture Outlet (Get Home Style Shot, Bedroom, Dining Room, Living Room)
1:00 pm - 2:00ish pm No Models Needed go on to the Flying Saucer / Photographers are going to White Lighting / Alien Bees to Tour Facility and get demos in Showrooms of Lighing Systems
2:30 pm - 6:00ish EVERYONE Photographers & Models Flying Saucer
Grab Lunch & Shoot (Very Cool Bar, lots of sofas, bricks, Cozy, we have a special room reserved with pool tables & Dart Boards) (Can get alot of Social & Bar group pics) We have run of the place.
It\'s next door to the hotel, also next door to Union Station, we can shoot at that hotel (Can get alot of Elegant Business Shots)
It\'s next door to the Museum good areas to shoot too (Can get Outdoor City Life) I will see if we can go in and shoot some.
It\'s next to an old train yard (Lots of textures and Urban imagry)
7:00pm - 9pm Dinner at Big River (Downtown) Models Invited
9:00pm - till Models Invited / Shoot Downtown Life (World Famous Honkey Tonks, World Famous Printers Allys, Lots of Stuff)Checking to see if we can shoot inside of \"Tootsies\" an old club
Saturday 22st
8:00 am Meet at Hotel
9:00 am - 5 pm MODELS Goto My Office (100 oaks area)(Here we will have a Tradeshow Booth Showroom with existing booths that you can setup business shots, there is a conference room area thats geared toward picking out textures and sample, you can shoot meeting type shots, then in the Warehouse A we will have a section with a Blackbackdrop, A Section with White Backdrop, A Macro Shooting Section, A Section TBD (Xmas Tree & Chimney), A Section TBD (Gambling Table), 1 empty office with desk
Warehouse B we have more display booth setup
Next door to the office is a bowling alley we have lanes reserved and use of the facility.
We have a few alleys and loading docks on the back side of the ware house...should be able to get a lot of different types of shots and reshoot if need be. Lunch will be brought in. Also, checking with costume shop to see if they will loan 5 outfits
