Looking for models who would like to collaborate on a photo project. In the 1800s stereographic nude photos were really popular for a while - see http://images.google.com/images?q=stereoscope+nudes&btnG=Search+Images for examples. If you go to those pages and sort of cross your eyes (ever seen a Magic Eye book?) you can see the 3D effect without an actual stereoscope.
Anyway, I want to sort of reinvent this with modern abstract nudes and crazy stereoscopes. Check out http://www.thefrasergallery.com/artists/KarinRosenthal-artwork.html to see the kind of photos I'm thinking about doing. I want to incorporate the stereoscopic images into a wooden "viewer" box of some sort, like a tiny 3D burlesque show. I have all the equipment, just lacking a model.
This project would pay $50/hour, and will probably take 2-3 hours. Looking for models who are fit, with few tatoos (these might be Photoshopped out). Previous experience with nude modeling is a plus, but not a requirement. You will get a copy of the final photos (3D!) as well. Reply here or to info@vantagephotography.com if you're interested.
