Must be extraordinarily professional, and comfortable around small children, and holding babies. Actually, you should really LOVE babies, even if one barfs on you.
I'm looking to see a good, clean headshot of potential models, SMILING. If you do not have one in your portfolio, put one in before sending any messages.
Friendly, approachable, lovely and real. No fake-looking hair, nails or breasts.
