Attention college girls! My friend Anna Janssen and I (Grace Cornelison) are putting together a calendar for 2009! (It may take awhile to get everything lined up, so we are aiming for the next calendar year.) The calendar is going to be a “College Girls of Iowa” theme, and will represent attending females for Iowa’s 12 most recognized colleges. This will be done on a TFP basis (Oh, & you get a calendar of course too) & part of the proceeds will go to a scholarship for one female high-school senior applicant per year (application and criteria will be available later)! As of right now, we will need models from the following colleges: • Iowa State University • University of Iowa • University of Northern Iowa • Kirkwood Community College • Drake University • Simpson College • Coe College • Grandview College • Wartburg College • Indian Hills Community College • Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC): • William Penn University If you go to another Iowa college other than the one’s listed above and would like to be involved, just let us know! We may not find the model we need from one of the above colleges, in which case…YOUR school could be substituted in! We will take applications until April 1st, 2007! Please include all requested information and any other contact information you may have (i.e. myspace page, facebook etc...) NO MODELING EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! However, if you DO have a portfolio, please attach a few shots to your application, along with any work you may have done. The aim of this project is to get a fresh, fun calendar out there to recognize the beautiful college women of Iowa! We welcome everyone from incoming freshmen to seniors! The calendar will be tastefully shot, with varying images from school pride, parties, dorm life, etc... All models will be adorned with some sort of college attire (tee-shirt, jersey, school colors, etc…) Most photo shoots will be done individually due to location differences. Please fill out the following application in a word document and attach it to your email. Please remember to include the college you attend and at least five photographs of yourself. PHOTOGRAPHERS & HAIR/MAKEUP ARTISTS! We are looking for photographers & m/u artists to dedicate their time and talent to this project! Amateurs and professionals welcomed!
